Active Codes
Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026. This page describes the cookie categories that may be used on Active Codes and how readers can control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies may use local storage, tags or device identifiers. They can remember a choice, support security, measure performance or attribute a voluntary affiliate referral.
Strictly necessary
These technologies support core page delivery, security, load balancing, fraud prevention and WordPress administration. They are not used to build advertising profiles. Blocking them through browser settings may prevent parts of the site from working.
Preferences
Preference storage may remember choices such as cookie settings or display options. Active Codes does not currently provide user accounts or a newsletter sign-up.
Measurement
If analytics is enabled, measurement technologies may help us understand page visits, general device information, errors and aggregate engagement. We will update this policy and any consent controls to reflect the tool actually used.
Affiliate attribution
The launch article library contains no affiliate links. If approved Partnerize or merchant links are added later, a cookie or similar identifier may record a voluntary click and attribute a qualifying action. Duration, data use and availability can vary by merchant and program.
Controls
You can delete or block cookies using browser settings. Where applicable law requires an additional choice, use our Your Privacy Choices page or contact admin@activecodes.co.uk. Global Privacy Control signals will be evaluated where legally applicable to the processing in question.
